1.500-15.000 m3/h, at heading pressures of 1,4---1,8 bars.

USAGE AREA:

Industrial and civilian Waste Water Cleaning Facilities:
· Compressed air supply to the pneumatic aerating tanks within biological cleaning step of waste water;
· Fat separation;
· Filter washing.

MAIN TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:

· BLOWER TYPE: centrifugal, with closed up rotor and backwards curved blades
· DRIVE TYPE: asynchronous electric motors with 380V supply voltage for powers <200Kw and 6kV for powers >200Kw

FUNCTIONAL AND CONSTRUCTIVE CHARACTERISTICS:

· Blowers with air flow under 3.000 m3/h are powered by high speed electric motors (15.000 rpm). The blower’s rotor is placed directly on the head of the electric motor.
· Blowers with air flow of over 3.000 rpm are powered by electric motors at a speed of 3.000 rpm. The blower’s rotor functions at speeds of 17.000---30.000 rpm, supplied by rotation multipliers.
· Blowers with an adjustable air flow. Air flow adjustment is made by channeling devices with adjustable blades or by modifying the speed with frequency converters –
· Blowers are equipped with command systems which insure:
o Blowers protection in case of exceeding limit values of functioning parameters ( oil pressure and temperature, vibes level, pumping)
o Air flow adjustment related to the received signal from the oxygen gauge from the aerating tank (unified signal 4—20 mmA)
o Accomplishing the start up, shut down, and emergency stop sequences.

RESOURCES BETWEEN OVERHAULING: 40.000 functioning hours
