INCDT COMOTI Institute is engaged in research-development activities and has large proficiency and experience, obtaining remarkable results in gas turbine engine field for aviation and industrial applications, and in high speed blade machines (compressors).

For it's own production as well as for other types of equipments, the Institute, through it's assembling-service division, performs overhauling and functional checks, surveys for complex revolving machine equipments.

Institute's main politics in this field of activity is continuous development of complex maintenance work, thus enlarging the range of provided services, at highest standards, according to European directives and national transposition lows, supporting in this way industrial producers regarding maintenance costs an fulfilling environmental protection duties.

Inspections, checks and surveys

INCDT COMOTI, through it's scientific and technical work implements new and modern methods to insure maintenance according to European directives and standards in energy field. In order to do that, it has been endowed with high end equipment, supplying "The tool kit" needed by the new maintenance system. This "Tool kit" contains:

• high end computers;
• dynamic balancing machine for rotors and revolving assemblies;
• visual checking optical instrument for the interior of turbine machines – Boroscope video camera;
• rotor alignment device;
• infrared camera ( thermograph);
• DEA - DELTA in coordinates measuring device
• TALYROND form and position deviation checking machine;
• noise and vibration portable, high end measurement equipment;
• chemical pollution and air quality portable, high end measurement equipment
